1 Returns and exchanges only with receipt or proof of purchase within a reasonable time of purchase.

2 Returns and exchanges only where product:

2.1 is not of merchantable quality or is faulty;

2.2 does not perform the job that the customer made known at the time of purchase; or

2.3 does not match the advertisement, sales description, label or sample provided.

3 No returns and exchanges where customer changes mind, no longer wants goods, has had defects drawn to attention before purchase, or finds a cheaper product elsewhere.

4 Refunds on return of goods to be provided in accordance with the original method of payment.
